I’ve been sitting on a guitar stool for a couple of years now to play guitar. Recently I’ve noticed some aches and pains in my back after playing. So I decided to get an adjustable chair, (see below).

All I can say is wow! What a difference it has made to my back. Better posture, more comfortable to play and it has even helped my playing and technique.

I thought that I would share, as I was wondering whether you use a stool or a chair. There is no going back for me.

It’s only a cheap one £35.00 but it’s made a big difference for me.
