Kangaroo burgers
So @Nate Savage let it slip that he has Kangaroo burgers in his freezer. My favorite restaurant in Cayman is owned by an Australian chef and he has kangaroo on the menu. Taste fine but a little lean for my taste.

Oh yeah, I forgot to updated everyone here. I agree, they are a little lean and a little gamey, but I did like them overall. I tried some elk burgers the week after and those were more similar to beef. Next up is boar... we will see how that goes.
