I did a thing. New house, have had the keys for a week today. (Intense is not the word, but the results will be good). We had to order some furniture, (reasons) and right now there are some black friday specials, and I noticed that the Orangewood models I have been interested in also had a sale on, so I ordered one, it came today.

Plays nice, sounds good, the action is good. I picked a Morgan cutaway, Spruce top, Live, with a fishman pickup. Haven't tried it all out yet. Solid spruce top, laminate sides, but sounds good to me. Sounds better than my Archtop for general acoustic playing, lol.

So this year, a Fender Squire Strat in the spring, and the Orangewood morgan now. I'm not a professional player, so good to go for my skills level, lol.
