Have you ever heard a song for the first time and instantly like it, the first few bars just get you, you have no idea why but cant stop listening or tapping your foot. Im sure you all have.

In a recent lesson, Nate and I were discussing a new song for me to learn that would challenge me rhythmically, to help me bring my strumming and groove up a notch. He gave me a few good suggestions and i started to research. By pure chance i came across this song by Blind Melon. I had never heard it before and instantly liked it, now i cant get it out of my head. I have decided to learn this song for the reasons above and that I think that i can hear a 2 bar strum pattern in there somewhere. Hopefully i can add it to my repotoire. Im sure that many of you have heard this song before but its new to me.

I thought that i would share this, and start a new post for everyone to join in on. Maybe you could share a similar song, tune or riff that got you hooked. Or we might be able to help each other if we have already learned to play it.
