I have been working on the song, House of the Rising Sun for a while. To be honest, I have been working on it off and on for a while. I recently decided to focus on the song more so I watched a couple of tutorials. I re watched a tutorial that Nate at his last job. In that video he suggested I start by practicing strumming the chord changes. I realized that I had spent a lot of time playing the riff but hadn't spent enough time getting the timing right. I decided to practice the chord changes to a metronome. It was a lot harder then I thought to figure out how to practice 6/8 timing on my metronome. I did a google search and found a click track that is 6/8 that I think I will try the next time I practice.
