My guitar journey so far, has been like a ship lost at Sea.....
At 67, I have been trying to learn how to play the guitar for 5 years now.......but years are not a measure of one's guitar progress......It doesn't reflect how many actual hours I played the guitar. During that time, I had to lay my guitar down, for months at a time. The storm has passed, The ship has docked. My guitar was waiting for me.😀

i had 2 years of false starts before consistent practice took root. i found that if i practiced for a few minutes i was likely to practice for half hour... i also made sure there's always easy access to a guitar... i found that if it's right there, i pick it up and practice more frequently than if it's tucked away in a closet in a case.
