Hi guitar fans and fams. It's Lucy from Melb, Australia here. I've been intending to join the forum here for several months now but held off until finished an online fingerstyle course I'd signed up for last year. Got a few months still to go but pretty much finished it, so decided to take the plunge after catching the live stream a couple of days ago.

Brief back history of my musical journey: took classical and flamenco lessons for around 1 year when I was 16. No more lessons and just occasional noodling around for a few years after that. FF to 11 months ago when deciding to return to it. A lot of muscle memory was still there, amazingly and thankfully. That encouraged me to put in a lot of effort over this year. Main problems are very tiny weak hands and wanting to learn every style and song that takes my fancy. The ever expanding multi instrument collection isn't helping! Finding actual progress hard to come by, so hoping this site will help me with focus and practice techniques along with the community. Going to attempt to upload a progress video of Bouree now!
