Hello Everyone, My name is David and I am EXCITED about finding this site, I've been following Nate on YouTube when he was with Guitario for a number of years. I really like his teaching style, he makes you feel that you can believe in yourself and be confident in learning to play the Guitar. I just began taking private lessons once again, I have been one of these people for a long time that has picked up the guitar at different times in there life, only to put it back down to collect dust.... maybe out of frustration. I joined Guitar Fam to help me stay motivated this time. I'm learning all the basic open chords right now, and have made out a practice plan and schedule to follow. When setting personal goals I like to set a goal that I think is realistically reachable, so my goal is to be able to play 2 to 3 songs at the annual Christmas recital that the studio puts on every year..
