Hey everyone! My name is Spencer, and I live on Oahu in Hawaii. I picked up a guitar for the first time a few weeks ago, and practicing has quickly become my favorite way to blow off some steam and relax in the evening. I’ve been working my way through the Guitar Foundations course on YouTube and am working on playing the first song!

My main goal is to keep enjoying the process and eventually build the skills to learn new songs that resonate with me. I’m inspired by artists like Jack Johnson and Trevor Hall for their laid-back vibes, while I also enjoy the storytelling of Jimmy Buffett and Jim Croce. I hope to incorporate that kind of soulful, relaxed energy into my playing someday.
