it's that time of year again. the scammers are at it hard. my wife just found some lady giving away a guitar she bought her husband before she caught him cheating on her... just have to pay for shipping via fed ex... $150 for a great guitar.

"sounds good," i said.

"send me the $150 and i'll get it shipped express today," she replied

"better yet," i added, " just check the 'bill receiver' box and fed ex will charge my account.we don't need to exchange any money for shpping"

long silence, as she slowly realized the error of her con, then "i have to pay in cash. no cash, no deal"

if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
