SDRUM
Imagine you have a drummer at home and want him to play "bum - - - chack - - bum - bum - chack --- bum --- chack" ... or another rhythm that pops into your mind. He has to do the fills himself and create a change of that base-rhythm for chorus and bridge. Further imagine he is willing to play this pattern as long as you want to play with your guitar and you only have step onto the drummer to get him seated on another drumset or doing more/other fills, play smoother or more aggressive. Well, I think now it becomes obvious that I am not talking about a person. It is an "intelligent pedal" and I am having soooo much fun with it right now. Bought it a few days ago and am absolutely fascinated!
Just have a look at the "Getting up and running video":
Hey Helen, perhaps this little thingy seems to be difficult to handle ... that was also my first impression because of all those blinking lights. But the manual is well written and it is really easy to create a groove for jamming. In seconds you can start to play along. I also use my MIDI for drum-patterns, but the SDRUM is much faster when just wanting to play along to a rhythm that you have in mind.
