I have saved up some money and I want to buy a new guitar I am looking for an acoustic electric guitar. The guitar I have now doesn't have pickups. I want to play open mics and the open mics here want a guitar with pick ups that I can plug into their sound system. I also want another guitar so I can play with alternate tunings easier. I don't want to add pickups to my current guitar. My price range is 400-600 dollars. I am wiling to go a little over that if I find a good deal on a nice guitar. I want to start looking at guitars. I welcome any recommendations or advice on what to look for.
