I play rhythm guitar a lot and noticed I was dropping my pick in the middle of songs and having to go scrambling around looking for it while my backing tracks was playing on without me. Got to looking for a remedy and saw that Sweetwater offers something called a "Pick Grip,' device that is esentially a Fender Flat Pick with rubber grips attached. You can order them in thin, medium, or heavy and they cost about $5 for three picks and with SW, the shipping is free. I have not dropped a pick since I began using these and it takes zero effort to get used to them. Just thought I would throw this out there in case it sounded like something that anyone could use.
