Chrome polish
Lately the bridge cover on my Majesty got such a nasty whitish coating, right at the position where my palm rests. It became more an more ugly in the last weeks and I was not able to get away with normal household remedies. You can read about soda mixtures and vinegar essence as tips on the Internet ... everything does not work. I started to think that the material would begin to wear out. 😫
Yesterday I asked in such a "car cosmetics" shop nearby. They polish and restore cars and actually have to be familiar with chrome and such materials. Yep, direct hit! They polished the dismantled bridge cover for me immediately and filled a little bit polishing paste out of the big bottle for me so I was able to do the rest at home (the screw and plate). It only took 15 minutes, totally ingenious stuff!
