Anyone here uses a looper?
It seems that recording yourself with a looper helps you to (1) record your own rhythm playing and (2) allows you to play and record the lead to your own rhythm recording
Cool, uh?
Thus you can be a judge to your own progress.
So I ordered one which I received already
I'm wondering if anyone here uses them and if it has helped with development?
Note:
1 on 1 sessions with Nate is highly recommended if you really want to advance. I have not had one yet but personalized input from an instructor is priceless. I will soon take advantage of it so he can lead me into the right path. One thing I learned long ago is to always get feedback of your progress from a pro. It's how I became real good in fine art: personalized guidance did it for me.
Hi @Lucy Day Yep. I have a Ditto and an HX Stomp with a looper built in. I did a mini-series called the Improv Loop. It didn't get a ton of views so I didn't keep it going for very long. Here is the link to the playlist.
