“Hotel California” has got to be my #1 most requested solo of all time, and I’m happy to finally put it up here for you. The jam track and TAB are available for you here on the page, but there are also a few new features in the video to help make learning faster and easier. Let us know what you think, and send us any other guitar solo lesson requests you may have.

This song is excellent for working on bending and using pentatonic scales and arpeggios to play over specific chord changes. The best advice I have for you is to listen to the solo A LOT before even starting to learn it. Also, take it one measure or lick at a time. That will make learning the whole solo more manageable.

Have fun, and let us know how it goes,

Nate
